River City Bassmasters
River City Bassmasters strive to provide an enjoyable,friendly,
low-key, low cost, competitive bass fishing experience for veteran and
novice anglers. As a club, we value learning and expanding each others
bass fishing knowledge and skills. As a club we share fishing reports,
techniques, and other information about the sport of bass fishing. We
welcome new members interested in having fun, meeting new people, and
improving and sharing their bass fishing skills and knowledge.
The Club hosts 10 club tournaments per year (February through November)
in the Northern California waters. Cash prizes for top anglers and
big-fish are awarded at each tournament. At our monthly club meetings
and tournaments we conduct “Fish Talk” (a detailed
discussion about how, where, and when fish were being caught). Other
fun activities include turkey shoot events, a fishing/family picnic,
and an annual dinner. To promote an educational yet competitive
environment, our tournament fees and dues are kept low.
